A decade has passed since DRONACHARYA Academy was established with a mission that students from MADHYA PRADESH should lead the list of successful candidate in the UPSC examination and join the Administrative Services. In 2010, when DRONACHARYA Academy was found, only about 18 to 20 students used to opt for Administrative Services. But today, the number has increased substantially due to the stellar role played by DRONACHARYA Academy. DRONACHARYA Academy has successfully organized several workshops and seminar for students and presents in various districts of MADHYA PRADESH to enlighten them about the UPSC examination with the help of publicity from media . The students who showed interest were offered rigorous training and coaching by DRONACHARYA Academy combined with guidance from excellent Professors and Tutors, Test Series and a well equipped library. Having reviewed the outstanding study material found in the states of UP, Bihar, Delhi, and other states, it was made available to students.. The mission is to set a benchmark by taking MADHYA PRADESH to the first position as far as UPSC examinations are concerned. DRONACHARYA Academy dares to look beyond and proudly understands – what we teach today, others adopt tomorrow.
The Academy covers Subjects like General-Studies, Political Science, Public-Administration, Sociology, History, Geography, Law, Mathematics, CSAT etc.. The faculty members are highly qualified in the subject and are from reputed institutions and have developed well-defined strategies to approach each of the subjects from the examination point of view. High quality class notes, periodical (weekly) examinations and in-depth review of the answers help the aspirants to develop their knowledge, writing skills, presentation skills and refine the approach for answering the questions. Once the students get through the Mains examination, the Academy conducts Group discussions, mock-interviews, discussions with IAS, IPS officers and with subject matter specialists from various fields. These discussions help the candidates to improve their communication skills, increase their self-confidence, develop positive attitude, condition the body language and thus prepare them in a holistic manner to face the personality test.
