Terms and conditions
I would agree and abide the ‘Terms & Conditions’ given below -
- The student who is enrolled with Dronacharya Civil Services Academy will have to work hard regularly. In case, if the teachers feel that the student is not working hard, creating indiscipline in the class/institute, irregular in attendance, not responding properly, he/she may be expelled from the institute. The decision of the managing Director in this regard will be final and binding on the student/parent. No fee or part of the fee will be refunded in such cases.
- If any student absentes himself/herself for more than 10 days continuously without any prior written application, he/she will not be allowed to attend/join the classes and will not be given any test paper(s), he/she may be deemed to be expelled from the institute. No separate intimation will be sent to the parents. No fee or part of the paid/encashed will be refunded in such cases. The decision of the Managing Director in this regard will be final and binding on the students & parents.
Fee Refunded Rule:
If a student leaves the course before completion due to any reason whatsoever, he/she will get the refund of the fee after deduction of following amount.
- If a student leaves within 7 days or before course starts he/she will be refunded after the deduction of Rs. 5000/- & GST.
- If a student leaves within 15 days he/she will be refunded after the deduction of Rs. 10,000/- & GST.
- Processing for application for refund takes approximately 10 days.
- Only student/parent can submit fee refund application in person. Please note that, we will not receipt the fee refund application from any other person/relative/friend.
- Fee will be refunded by A/c Payee Cheques only in the father/mother name.
- There is no fee refund in study material and Test Series packages.
- Any legal matter/dispute related to fee refund is subject to Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) jurisdiction only.
- It is compulsory / mandatory to provide e-mail ID / Mobile No. of the student / father/ guardian. The results of tests or any other information by the Institute will be sent to the student only on e-mail ID/Mobile No. Institute shall not be responsible if any information regarding result or anything else is not received by the student if he/she has not given his/her e-mail ID / Mobile No. at the time of admission.
- In case, any dispute or difference arises between you and the Institute regarding the interpretation of these terms and conditions, non-payment of any claim or any dispute arising out of or in pursuant to these terms and conditions, the same shall be referred to Sole Arbitrator who shall be appointed by the Director of M/s Dronacharya Civil Services Academy. The proceedings shall be conducted at Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) under the provision of Arbitration & Conciliation Act and the Courts at Bhopal (Madhya Pradesh) only shall have the jurisdiction over the matter and / or for enforcement as the case may be. If an Arbitrator to whom the matter is referred refuses to act or for any reason, does not enter he reference or after entering into the reference proceedings are abandoned or kept in abeyance or not proceeded with, it shall be lawful for the Director of M/s Dronacharya Civil Services Academy to appoint another person to act as Arbitrator in the manner aforesaid. Such person shall be entitled to proceed with reference from the stage at which was left by his predecessor, if both the parties consent to this effect, failing which the new Arbitrator will be entitled to proceed denovo.
Instruction for Online Registration:-
- To take admission in our Institute Rs.5000 will be chargeable as registration fee.
- Registration fee is non refundable and will be adjust in your total course fee.
- After registered successfully you will receive a token number. Kindly bring this at the time of admission.
- As Batch will start for selected course and according to availability, you will receive a confirmation call.
